You Wear It Well

Are you interested in design, fashion, logos, branding, marketing or printmaking? Would you like to see yourself or your peers wearing your unique designs? If so, this seminar is for you!

Students enrolled in 'You Wear it Well' will participate in MIAD’s Future Creatives Program and work alongside professionals in the field in order to gain deeper insight into how aesthetically appealing apparel is developed. We will use the Design Thinking process to solve the question: How can we develop our creative voice using printmaking to create well-crafted artwork/designs that communicate our intended ideas? Participants will have several opportunities to work individually and collaboratively as we develop a suite of wearable designs and printed works of art. Be prepared to give and receive feedback frequently in order to push our designs to the next level!
